Items purchased October 1st 2024 - December 24th 2024 may be returned until January 14th 2025 in-store or via mail. 

Online purchases can only be refunded to the original method of payment. Proof of purchase is required for in-store returns and exchanges. Items which are gifted require a proof of purchase to be returned or exchanged. Items must in the original, unworn and unwashed condition in order to qualify for a return, original packaging required where applicable. Mail returns can only be refunded to the original method of payment, exchanges are not available.

At this time, we are only able to provide return labels for customers residing in Canada. Customers residing outside of Canada are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels. Please only return through USPS, returns made through other shipping services will have any costs incurred through accepting the package deducted from the total return amount.
