Items purchased from October 1st to December 24th are eligible for return until the following 14th of January.

For fast and FREE returns or exchanges of an online purchase, visit your local store within 21 days of delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for in-store returns and exchanges. Items which are gifted require a proof of purchase to be returned or exchanged. Items must in the original, unworn and unwashed condition in order to qualify for a return, original packaging required where applicable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. If a purchase was made with a gift card and other method of payment, the gift card will be refunded first. Exchanges are issued to a Gift Card and are then only valid for in-store purchases. Gift Cards are not valid online. 

Submit a request to start the return process for online purchases within 21 days of delivery date. Label-free returns are issued though Canada Post. You will receive a separate email from Canada Post containing your QR code. Once received please proceed to your local Canada Post with the items you wish to return and your QR code on your mobile device. Please use the original packaging you received with your items, however if you no longer have the packaging available, we are choosing to offer box free returns where available. Canada Post will package your return items up for you. Please check with your local Canada Post location as this service is not available at all locations. Fragile items such as water bottles are only eligible for label free returns, not box free, as additional original packaging is needed to ensure it's safe return.

We are unable to issue a refund prior to return packages arriving at our facility. Mail returns are processed within 3-­5 business days of arriving at our facility. Refunds (less return shipping) are issued via the original method of payment.

A return shipping fee of $12 + tax is deducted for all Canadian mail returns.

If an item is returned and is no longer in its unworn, unwashed, and original condition a refund will not be issued for the item.
